Closing a Scriptbill account seems impossible because your Scriptbill note is not just an account once active, it becomes an asset because it will be connected to an unlimited amount of resource both intentionally and protocol wise. For instance, with the Profit Sharing Protocol, your note becomes automatically connected to a large number of notes in the network, who will be sharing you profits. However an account will be closed if a Scriptbill note becomes inactive for a very long time in the network - long enough to allow all transaction blocks in the network connected to the note to expire. A transaction block connected to a note is what makes a Scriptbill Note valid in the network. This makes the possession of note a Scriptbill Protocol within the Crypto network.
